CANCELLATION POLICY – Please Read this Carefully
For all Tours we reserve the right to change departure location or departure time slightly due to unforeseen circumstances – we will email and call to advise if this happens, please ensure you have listed a correct email address and phone number listed on your booking. Change of departure location does not qualify for a refund as the tour will still be going ahead.

FOR SNORKEL ADVENTURE TOURS ONLY –
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY IS –
1) More than 7 Days during business hours from the Schedule Departure – Full Refund, or reschedule – but if you booked through a booking agent and not direct then their is a $10 fee pp to reschedule(due to the administration work to move your booking via the agent).
2) Less Than 7 Days during business hours from the Schedule Departure – No Refund or Reschedule.
3)Please read your booking confirmation – the time of departure and location and arrive at least 20/30 minutes prior to departure – The boat cannot wait for customers that are running late and will leave ontime , you will be considered a no show. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware of departure location and time, and if in doubt contact us to confirm prior to your tour.

FOR WHALE WATCHING TOURS ONLY –
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY IS:

1) More than 7 days prior to departure – Full Refund OR reschedule (if you used a booking agent then wish to reschedule it will incur an additional charge of $5pp due to administration work to move your booking via the agent)If you have booked directly then no fee.
2) Less than 7 days but more than 48 hrs notice (during business hours) prior to check in time : Refund less 20% administrative cancellation charge.
Reschedules less that 7 day an more than 48hrs notice during business hours if booked via a booking agent and not direct will incur a $10pp fee to reschedule.
3) Less than 48 hours notice – Less than 48 hours prior to check-in time: full payment will be retained, no refund or reschedule will be permitted.
4) No Show- If you don’t show up for your tour no refund no reschedule.
5) Please read your booking confirmation – the time of departure and location and arrive at least 20/30 minutes prior to departure – The boat cannot wait for customers that are running late and will leave ontime , and you will be considered a no show. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware of departure location and time, and if in doubt contact us to confirm prior to the tour – if you end up at the wrong location you will be considered a NO SHOW and no refund or reschedule is permitted.
6)Payment – If you booked direct we thankyou, but if you chose to pay the 20% deposit to reserve your ticket please ensure their are adequate funds in your card the day prior to the tour as the balance payment will come out the day prior to your scheduled tour. If payment is unsuccessful you will be sent a payment link – payment of the balance is required to fully confirm and reserve your seat.

FOR ALL TOURS ABOVE :

Refunds inside our cancellation policy above will only be given if marine weather conditions – we determine is not safe to operate, or if minimum numbers are not reached – If minimum numbers are not reached you will be contacted prior to your tour, and offered the option of refund or reschedule.
**(Refunds exclude the credit card charge which is non refundable due to this being a third party charge by the credit provider and is non refundable )

Any personal information we collect from you will be kept confidential to the best of our ability. You will appreciate, however that we cannot guarantee the security of transmission. By purchasing a tour ticket you are confirming that the use of your email address for marketing or survey purposes as mentioned above is an authorised use of your personal information.
